Festival Celebrations at Corrtech Energy

Festivals have a unique power to bring people together, spreading joy, warmth, and a sense of unity across diverse backgrounds.
Diwali (the Festival of Lights), Holi (the festival of colours) are occasions where people come together to celebrate victory over darkness and the triumph of good over evil. Diwali and Holi festivals are celebrated at CEL with a lot of joy and camaraderie.
Every year during Diwali celebrations, we all come together as one and enjoy the festival dressed in traditional attires, lighting fire crackers, decorating the office and performing puja at the company premises, followed by lunch enjoying traditional delicacies with everyone before we break for the Diwali holidays.
Similarly, we enjoy playing Holi with each other, splashing organic colours and water balloons at the company premises on the evening of the festival, and relishing delicious festival snacks & sweets before we head home.
One primary goal of incorporating festivals into workplace culture is the enhancement of employee engagement. Celebrating festivals together strengthens team bonding and builds a sense of community. In doing so, we foster a more engaged and committed workforce, making work more meaningful for everyone.
