Sandeep has more than 32 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector.  He is a gold medalist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Electronics) and Masters in Business Administration. He is widely travelled and responsible for overall operational matters of the Corrtech group with special focus on the Manufacturing and Energy Engineering businesses of CEL.


He is a dynamic leader responsible for strategic planning, financial acumen, and operational oversight. He works closely with team heads to ensure that the company runs efficiently and effectively, manages resources, and optimises performance across all functions to achieve company’s success and sustainability.


As the leader of the company, he has been an integral part of the company's growth journey, aligning all aspects of the businesses with the overall goals of the company while managing and maintaining strong, productive, and motivated teams at all times.

B.C. Mandapa graduated as an Electrical engineer from NITK, Suratkal. He has more than 50 years’ experience in the field of Operation and Maintenance of Steam and Gas Power plants. He joined Corrtech Energy as Vice President from December 2004, where he has, at various stages, been responsible for Repair of Gas Turbine components, Gas Turbine Field Services, Rotor Refurbishment, Manufacturing and Quality systems.

He worked with Tata Power Cos from 1971 to 1981. He worked with the Electricity Directorate, Bahrain as Mechanical maintenance Head in the 700MW Riffa Power Station which had large Siemens and ABB make gas turbines, from 1981 to 1990. He was responsible for commissioning Ahmedabad Electricity Co’s 100 MW Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant where he was the Plant Manager. From 1997 he was the Business Head (General Manager) for Operation and Maintenance of Power Plants and Gas Turbine Servicing for South Asia with Asea Brown Boveri (later sold to Alstom).

Rinku is a ​versatile management professional with a proven forte in manufacturing, global marketing, client engagement, stakeholder engagement, branding, communication, strategy, product management and sales activities​. She has more than 20 years of ​work experience in the corporate​, retail and B2B segments​ across multiple industries like Software & Data Analytics​, Banking​, Energy​ and Advanced Manufacturing​.

​She joined CEL in the year 2010 and has been the driving force behind the sales & marketing operations of the company​. As the Chief Growth Officer of the company, her primary focus​ is on achieving overall business growth, revenue expansion​, collaborating with other ​industry leaders & strategic partners, product development & innovation and customer satisfaction. Her contribution has been instrumental in winning some key customer accounts worldwide and ​upscaling the export sales year on year. She played a key role in setting up the Aerospace and Defence vertical in the year 2012 and execution of some key assignments for ​the aero giants in India.​


As an MBA gold medalist​ with specialisation in marketing, ​she has achieved the highest academic distinction in her program, which reflects in her exceptional performance and commitment to excellence in her work as well.

Krishna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Purdue University. He brings a diverse background in operations, manufacturing, and program management, having worked with industry leaders such as Tesla, Schaeffler, and Geodis.
At Tesla, he led the introduction of new drive motor variants to the service manufacturing line. During his time at Schaeffler, he successfully commissioned two new assembly lines for camshaft phasers. At Geodis, he played a key role in designing and optimizing a new warehouse for Starbucks.
As General Manager – Operations & Planning, Krishna oversees end-to-end execution and strategic planning, driving efficiency and scalability across all company operations.

Sarfaraz joined the company in 2005 and in his 20 years of journey with CEL, he has been responsible for various in-house and out-sourced activities carried out for manufacturing of components; facilitating communication and execution of decisions and assignments across different departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective implementation of strategies and policies for the growth of the company.

Vaibhava is a Mechanical Engineer, Gate Qualified (2016) and ASNT LEVEL 2 LPT, MPT, UT Qualified (Since 2020). He has more than 8 years’ work experience in handling workshop production, planning, quality control & assurance, overseeing plant maintenance activities with expertise in refurbishment of Hot gas path, combustion section gas turbine components, OEM implementation of critical to quality repair practices and its continuous improvement, TIG Weld ,Welding Inspection, Vacuum Brazing , Thermal Spray Coatings (APS,HVOF), Heat Treatment of super alloys & has knowledge of Gas Turbine rotating equipments & auxiliaries. He has been working at CEL since 2021 as the Department Head for  Gas Turbine Repair Workshop Facility assisting in achieving production targets, cost savings, training & development and contributing to the team's success in upholding excellence in safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Atul holds MBA in Operation Management and BE Mechanical Degrees and has a total work experience of 15 years in the field of Quality Control. He is associated with CEL from 2018 as a Quality Manager and Management Representative. He is responsible for effective Implementation of Quality Control procedures, conducting audits to continuously improve manufacturing processes and methodologies, maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring Customer Satisfaction. As a Management Representative, he is responsible forcoordination and execution audit activities for AS 9100 REV D, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, with the respective bodies. 

Faiz brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the domains of Human Resources and Legal Affairs to CEL. He oversees the strategic management functions of HR and administration with the help of a dedicated and efficient team. His expertise lies in handling various facets of HR and legal compliance, including Policy Framework Development, Recruitment, Payroll Processing, and Grievance Handling, etc. His meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of statutory and legal regulations have led to an impeccable track record, notably marked by zero losses in any court case since joining CEL.
 
Faiz is a Gold Medal in Labour Laws from MLW 2010. His dynamic leadership and innovative approaches continue to drive CEL towards unparalleled success in the realms of HR and Administration.

A seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of multi-faceted experience in the area of business planning & strategy, business and financial restructuring , handling merger and acquisition, business transformation project and raising of funds to feed growth initiatives. Have partnered with business heads to steer targeted performance as well as implementation of green field projects. Also, helped business owners to implement Corporate Governance & Regulatory compliance practices as well as Risk Management strategy.

Saloni is a Chartered Accountant working with CEL for more than 4 years now. As the Finance Controller, she oversees various activities of the finance and accounts department, supporting important assignments like financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and overall financial strategy to ensure strong fiscal health and operational efficiency of the company. 

Priyanka is a Chartered Accountant with more than 9 years of comprehensive experience in Finance, Accounts, and Taxation. Priyanka joined CEL in 2024, bringing a dynamic, forward-thinking perspective to the leadership team. Her expertise, strategic insight and experience of working in Power & Energy sectors of Listed companies play a vital role in driving financial excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth across the organization.

Kalpit has more than 13 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. At CEL, he is responsible for managing complete financial matters of the company, which includes cash flow management, overall financial planning, submission of MIS, etc. He has a dedicated team to manage various day-to-day-finance and accounting activities, accurate and timely preparation and furnishing of the company’s audit and financial reports and managing assignments at the strategic level as well. He also represents the company at various banking meetings, financial institutions and business events along with the key business heads.
